Join us for an inspiring evening of connection and curiosity at Discovery Night—a social gathering featuring thought-provoking speakers and presentations from both local voices and global perspectives.

Join us at the Oak Ridges Trail Association’s Discovery Night on March 26 at the Ballantrae Community Centre as ORTA members Brian, Dave, Gaye, Marita, Mel, Rob, Wilma, and Yvonne share their unforgettable journey through the breathtaking Azores Islands.

This lively group — affectionately known as The Azorians — explored dramatic volcanoes, rugged coastlines, thermal pools, lush floral landscapes, and incredible hiking trails. Come enjoy a warm, welcoming evening as they bring these beautiful islands to life through stories and photos.

Cost: $10 at the door helps to defray the cost of the hall and refreshments
What to Bring: Lug your own mug and bring a friend. Everyone is welcome. Open to members and the general public.
Time: 7-9pm
