Team Entry Fees:

	Corporate	$1,500
	Elite	$ 750
	Recreational	$ 500

The person that registers the team will be designated “Team Captain” and is responsible for paying the team entry fee (and can then collect a pro-rated share from each team member).

Entry fee Includes:

• Route development, management and monitoring
• Staffed checkpoints with refreshments
• Canoe rental
• Post-race refreshments at the Finish Line at Seneca College , King City

Collect $100 and receive the Official 2008 Moraine for Life Adventure Relay T-Shirt

Collect $250  and receive the Event T-Shirt PLUS an ORTA Coolmax Baseball Cap

Collect $500 and receive the Event T-Shirt, Baseball Cap, PLUS an ORTA  6-month Membership and the ORTA Guidebook

Collect $750 and receive the Event T-Shirt, Baseball Cap, ORTA 6-month Membership, Guidebook, PLUS 1 pair of Nordic Walking Poles

Prizes for pledges received at the ORTA office 2 weeks before the event will be available on race day. Prizes for pledges received on race day will be sent within 2 weeks of the race.

A Liability Waiver must be completed before participating. Forms will be provided at each starting location, however, if you wish to complete the Waiver in advance, download a waiver form using the link below. Persons under 18 years of age must have a Waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
