Guidebook 6th Edition is hot off the press! The 5th Edition of our popular Oak Ridges Moraine Trail Guidebook sold out in the summer, and the new 6th Edition is better than ever. The total distance of the main trail route is now 280 km with 87 km of side trails so there is a lot of new information contained in the 6th edition. The Guidebook provides a wealth of information about the trail, the Trail Association, the Moraine and its history, plus tips for hikers and using the trail.

The 15 full-colour maps are printed on a waterproof material called Hop-Syn (replacing Tyvek) which gives a clean and crisp look to the printed maps. The maps are at a scale of 1:50,000, and are based on the federal mapping series. Each map shows the trail route, access points, parking, and other services in the area. The reverse of each map contains information on the points of interest in each area crossed by the trail. The book is in a loose-leaf binder so that pages can be readily removed for use on particular hikes.

  • For Members:
    $31 with binder
    $24 insert only

  • For Non-Members:
    $37 with binder

    all prices include GST, shipping and handling
